Professional Background Mr. Deese holds a Bachelor of
Architecture from Prairie View A&M University and has been with the
company since 2005. He has hands-on experience in the construction
administration phase, project management experience and has been
responsible for the production of construction documents from
project beginning to end. Mr. Deese serves as Project Manager for
our firm and currently resides in Houston, Texas. |

KIRK PAUL

Professional Background Kirk Paul has been with
Archi*Technics/3, Inc. since 1997. Mr. Paul received his Bachelor of
Architecture degree from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie
View, Texas. Mr. Paul is an Associate member of the American
Institute of Architects, a member of the National Council of
Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and a member of Rice Design
alliance (RDA). Mr. Paul is a Project Manager, has been responsible
for the production of construction documents from beginning to end,
and has hands-on experience as an assistant in the construction
administration phase. His expertise includes client relations,
schematic design, design development, construction documents,
research and development, project management, strategic planning,
and customer service. Mr. Paul has been instrumental on projects
such as the Third Ward Multi-Purpose Center and the
Southeast Community Center, both located in
Houston, Texas. |

DAPHNE FLORAN
Intern Architect, LEED-AP

Professional Background Ms. Floran has a Master
of Architecture degree from Florida A&M University. She has worked
with Archi*Technics/3, Inc since January of 2009. She brings the
experience of working with several architecture and engineering
firms as an intern. Ms. Floran will serve in the areas of Leadership
Energy-Efficient Environment Design documentation, document
production and design. Ms. Floran resides in Houston, Texas. |

CALVIN WILLS - Posthumous Acknowledgment
Construction Administrator
Professional Background Mr. Wills has a Bachelor
of Science degree from Tuskegee University in Construction Science.
With over thirty-seven years of experience, Mr. Wills is responsible
for Construction Administration and employee development with the
objective for employees to assume responsibility for the
construction phase of projects after completing projects design
phase. Projects administered include new construction for an
elementary school, new radio station and classroom facility and new
three story office building addition. Mr. Wills will lead the
construction administration services for the team. Mr. Wills resides
in Houston, Texas. |

Professional Background Mr. Mitchell received
his Bachelor of Architecture from Prairie View A&M University and
has been with the company since 2004. Mr. Mitchell has hands-on
experience as an assistant in the construction administration phase,
and has been responsible for the production of construction
documents from project beginning to end. Mr. Mitchell will serve as
a technical support/staff person. Mr. Mitchell resides in Houston,

Professional Background Mr. Olden received his
Bachelor of Architecture from Prairie View A&M University. Mr. Olden
has hands-on experience as an assistant in the construction

serve as a technical support/staff person. Mr. Olden resides in

SHAWN A. FONTENOT
Project Manager
Professional Background Mr. Fontenot is a 1995
Graduate of Texas Southern University where he received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Drafting & Design. He is an aesthetically
inclined architect with a strong passion and appreciation for design
and detail. Mr. Fontenot enjoys the challenges of managing projects
from inception to completion including such project aspects as
client interaction, space planning, construction drawings,
contractor interaction and material color selection. His experience
encompasses commercial, residential, interior and public projects.
Mr. Fontenot is familiar with construction codes and document
preparation. He has demonstrated ability to deliver projects within
strict time and budget constraints. |

Background Ms. Mack is a 2004 Graduate of the University
of Houston, Gerald Hines School of Architecture. She has worked with
Archi*Technics/3, Inc. since December of 2005. She is currently a
candidate for LEED certification. Ms. Mack will serve in the areas
of document production and construction administration. Ms. Mack
resides in Houston, Texas. |

Background
Mr. Torres is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Houston,
Gerald Hines School of Architecture. He has worked with
Archi*Technics/3, Inc. since March of 2009. He brings the experience
of working with several architecture and engineering firms as an
intern while in school. Mr. Torres will serve in the areas of
document production and design. Mr. Torres resides in Houston,
Texas.
